    Hi 

     

    Is there a way to customize report sent from DLP system i.e. removing the logo as attached picture?

    Hi, 

     

    Not sure if the article is the correct article for my query on Symantec DLP ver 14.6 tool, below are my comments on the guide 

     

    1. In the Symantec Management Console, on the Reports menu, click All Reports.  -    [AN] There's no Reports menu on Incident Menu with the All Report

    2. In the left pane, select the report that you want to modify. -    [AN] There's no left pane to select report

    3. On the Report Name page, in the upper right corner, click Edit. -    [AN] There's Edit button

    4. On the Views tab, do one of the following:  -    [AN] All the options are missing.

    That support article is for SMP (Altiris).  Not relevant to DLP

    Look here;

    SymantecDLP/Protect/tomcat/webapps/ProtectManager/graphics/general

    There you will find a file named DLPBannerEmail.gif

    Replace it with one you prefer.  You'll probably have to do some editing to the image to get it sized correctly (350 x 40).

    Generate a report and email it to yourself.
