Decrypt Failed with ~20% remaining. Blue Screen

    I am moving off old laptop to new.  I ran the Decrypt overnight, and it was running fine... in the morning "blue screen of  death".

    Somehow the decryption failed overnight.  System won't boot.

    On another Win10 machine the disk is observable as RAW and Unallocated, but Windows wants to format it.

    pgpwde does not enumerate the drive so I can't operate on it.

    Any ideas?
