    Hello all,

This is a simple question. I'm trying to save a comprehensive risk report in Endpoint Proctection Manager.  I run the report fine and can print, but when I click save it just automatically saves to some default location, it doesn't ask for me to enter a location and I can't find it.
Can someone please tell me where this file is being saved? Thanks in advance.

Where do you have your default save location setup? This is configured in Windows. Check the downloads folder. Or do a search of the file name.

    Thanks for the reply.

The default loction is downloads folder, but its not there. I don't know what file name it is using to save the report. At the bar at the top it just says "comprehensive risk report". A search on that yields nothing.

it's saved as a .mht file, do a search for Report.mht

Also, when saving, it should prompt you where to save and you pick the location. If that didn't happen just do the search for report.mht

Have you try to search Report.mht ?

I have to try open in IE and save default location here:

    C:\Users\(Your Profile)\Downloads

    What browser/OS is this?

It doesn't prompt you to save it somewhere?

    Perhaps a screenshot to see?
