Sometimes DLP endpoint agent shows warning status, this happens because of some reasons such as "AD resolution failed" etc.
Reinstalling the agent resolves this issue. However same is not feasible when there are many agents with warning status.
We had raised case with Symantec and we were informed that deleting agent event entries triggering the warning status will resolve the issue and warning status of agent will be converted to healthy.
However we are not able to delete these agent event entries(e.g. AD resolution failed).
Please suggest how to accomplish this.
