    Hi, I bought an laptop from secondhand shop but it have PGP Encryption. How do i format the entire hard disk ? Can someone please advise ?

    I tried to press F8 but it doesn't work at all. 

    I tried to take out the hard disk and perform reformat but insert back the hard disk but still not able to get off this encryption.
