Windows 7 identifies SATA drives in Dell Latitude 6450 and 6440 as a SCSI disk Device.

Can Enpoint Encryption 11.1.1 be used to encrypt these drives?

Be sure that RAID is not enabled on the systems, as many companies set them up for RAID even if they are only using a single drive.

If RAID is not enabled and the drives are not self-encrypting, then it should work fine.  As always, be sure to test a machine or two before any major deployment, but the drive reading as SCSI should not be a problem.
