    What version are you deploying? Make sure it's 14 RU1 or higher.

    It means that you have assigned a package and the agent could not download the package due to issues ,as from screen shot its offline

    once its able to download it would clear the status.

    You might have uploaded a 32 bit package to a 64 bit OS

    It depends on the Windows 10 version but MP2 may not be supported. Support for Windows 10 is here:

    You may need to get to 14 RU1 and try that. MP2 is one version behind RU1.

    Hi Tony,

    Try running the package locally on the box, down red icon appears when package is not downloaded on the machine,due to network issue or unable to access admin$, If you run manually and it installs then its issue with remote deployment only
