Deployment Solution

Ho there,

I know this has been discussed in the past but I've not been able to finad a definitive answer (maybe there isn't one yet!) but..... Does anyone know if there is going to be an upgrade path from DS 6.9 to 7.1 that will migrate all jobs / settings etc rather than the manual job that it would be at the moment?

Are a number of people sticking with 6.9 in the hope that an upgrade / migration tool is released in the near future?

In future we can expect good tools for migration from DS 6.9 to DS 7.1 but for now, you need to manually import the images one by one using Resource Import tool ship with DS 7.1

This tool will import Ghost/Rdeploy-sysprep/backup images and SOI packages in DS 7.1
