Device showing as "inactive" on the management console

    Hi,

    I have seen a device (macOS) showing as inactive on the management console. However the device seems to be normal that it recently gotten an update (50 minutes ago at the the time of checking). May I know if there is any troubleshooting procedure for this case where the correct status is not reported/shown on the management console? Thank you.

    FYI, the version of SEPC is 8.0.
