Hi all, we're using newly implemented v14.6 and are getting code 2927 - "The following User Group directories have been removed/renamed in the Directory Server and could not be synchronized"

This appears to only affect "larger" objects, one of which has only has 461 users which i wouldn't consider large.  We've tried a different set of credentials with same results and have tried using the AD object from a lower test environment with same results. Has anyone experienced this error? Not sure if it's a limit on the number of objects, the size of the objects or something else like a timeout setting.

We've successfully created and synched a smaller object that contains approximately 85 users.

    hello,

Usually this is due to an object in active directory which has been moved or deleted so DLP is no more able to get it and this blocked creation of new image of active directory. When you edit your user group you may seen a red cross i front of object which cause this issue.

     Regards

Try create a new directory connection with the base DN set to the OU or container just above the group/container you're attempting to use.
