Disable Symantec Endpoint Protection is not grayed out SEP14

  • 1.  Disable Symantec Endpoint Protection is not grayed out SEP14

    Hi,

    I have few clients on which "Disable Symantec Endpoint Protection" is not grayed out even when I have turned off "Allow the user to enable and disable the firewall" from Client User interface Setting in Server control.

    Could you please help me what could be the possible cause of it?

    has the policy updated on the client?

    Yes policy is updated on the client

    Disabe it and open the SEP GUI. What component shows as disabled?
