This is an odd problem affecting only 1 of my Win7 Pro w/SP1 boxes since the issue doesn't occur for the SMC via my SMP 8.0 server, or my other Win7 workstation. I'm currently running IE10 on the problematic PC although saw the same behavior with IE11. In fact, had this same issue even when I was running SMP 7.5 with IE 10/11, again, on this 1 PC although used IE9 at the time since it ran with no problems.
So here's a description of the problem. Basically, once I select the "Manage" tab in IE, objects in menus disappear/reappear when moving my mouse over the area, and selecting, say, a policy in the left pane results in a right-side pane that has this same goofy behavior. If I close/open IE, dropdown menus are fine but as soon as I select the Manage tab, same problem rears its annoying head. Note that disabling/enabling IE's Compatibility View doesn't help where my other (working) PC is also running IE10 in the same mode.
Has anyone come across this issue before and found a resolution? Think IE9 worked differently than v10/11 but SMP 8 pretty much forces you to use IE 10 or higher so finally looking for a way to fix my 1 PC with this problem. Thanks in advance!
