    Unfortunately, the case reported is the same case as mine here. https://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/decrypt-whole-disk-isnt-initialized?ts=1515934816

    But I am hoping , that in 2018 someone, has found another way of fixing this issue.

     

    I am really hoping that somone has found a fix...
