Easy question, but not really easy to find an answer to that:

Is it technically possible to use the Standard Edition One 11.2.0.4 as database for DLP 12.5 and onwards?
In the system requirements guide it explicitly states "Standard Edition".

I don't mind the supported state or not - It's a matter of "it works fine" vs. "it does not work" from the technical perspective.

Standard Edition One is supported and is something Symantec can supply for customers if they do not have it.  Standard Edition One is functioanlly no differnet that Standard Edition outside of the processor limit imposed in the lower version. The schema is supported on any version of Oracle 11 from Standard One up through Enterprise. Starting in DLP 14 we also support Oracle 12c Enterprise.
