  • 1.  DLP 14.6 to 15.0.1 Client Upgrade

    Hi,

    When runnig the "agent_upgrade.bat" file on a computer to try and upgrade the agent from 14.6. to 15.0.1 I am receiving the following error:

    While upgrades should be straight forward, have you checked out the upgrade guide below?

    Thanks however nothing in the upgrade manual has helped me with this installer error.

    Make sure you are running the updrade batch file as an Elevated User,,

    Open a command prompt right click - "Run As administrator"

    Then try and run the upgrade batch..

    Elevated users can edit the Regestry which is why its' failing.
