I am installing DLP agent on a windows 7 system but I am unable to install,

Giving error ‘’same version of the software already installed, So remove the previous version of software and then try to install it again’’.

After that I ran DPL uninstaller script on the computer’s  to uninstall DLP agent but no luck.

 Then I uninstall DLP agent through REVO uninstaller tool and this time I got luck.

But now it is not showing in my DLP console.

Have you check the system program file folder, is it showing clean or still reflect the folder?

Please chcek below

• wdp and edpa services are ruuning in process manager and services.msc
• chcek the installation folder in c:\program files\manufacturer\endpoint agent folder and check size of folder, it will approx 85 MB to 110 MB.
• telnet from that endpoint machine to endpoint server ip on port 8000

Please share the finding for better solution
