Quick run down, several months ago our Enforce server was old and the oracle DB was filling up. Decided to create a new Enforce server on fresh hardware but was never told about agent migration and possible agents not responding to ENdpoint server even though the IP of the endpoint server never changed.
Is there a way to manually force endpoints to contact the endpoint server and start pulling policies and reporting? I have about 1,000 agents that are running but not responding and going manually to each machine is a daunting task. Is there any easy way to do this? I have tried performing an uninstal and reinstall remotely using LANDesk but it seems that somehow the agents are still holding the old config settings, maybe registry(?).
