  • 1.  DLP Agent - Rolling back

    Hi guys,

    i got one issue, when im installing the dlp agent version 12.0.1 in one of the client machine, the installation keep rolling back and the installation not successful.

    what is the issue for this matter?

    Open registry and go to 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\
    hight light Session Manager on the right hand side delete the value 
    PendingFileRenameOperations

    Also delete the same value from
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations

    Run it again

    Turn off the UAC and install again.
