  • 1.  DLP create Too much Temp files at the Endpoint

    Hi everyone..

    i'm running DLP 12.0.1. in server and endpoints, my problem is every machine got installed the endpoint agent become slower more each time, i found in the user's temp folder (c\documents and settings\ username\local configuration\ temp) thousands of DLP*.TMP files, 60.000+.

    in the moment i manually delete it the computer become fast, but few days after it the DLP*.TMP files appear again and the computer is back to slow.

    i've read about it and it's not about "C:\Program Files\Manufacturer\Endpoint Agent\temp" file problem. it's diferent.

    Could you use a bigger screenshot？

    Another two more question needed to locate this question:

    what version of your IE used on this agent, or, what the environment is, for example, the version of the OS?

    Does this issue reproduce on other agents?

    well, the screenshot shows all files dlpXXX.tmp, nothing else.

    we use IE 8, 9, 10 and OS wxp, w7, the problem about 65.000+ files is present in more or less 50 machines untill now, but the others have + - 20.000 temp files.

    So, all computers have temp files few more than others, but all of it have the same problem.
