    Hi Everyone,

     

    Actually we are tried to monitor whatsapp chating and file transfer through Endpoint. but unfurtunatlly we are not able to monitor.

    Hi Mubashir,

    The article you are referencing shows the process for monitoring WhatsApp for Copy/Paste Events. Have you tried to copy and paste some sensitive content into WhatsApp Chat ?

    For File Transfer, you can try to enable Application File Access as well in the WhatsApp Application Monitoring Configuration Page. Let me know if that helps you in resolving your query.

    yes. we have configure and test copy and past but still it's not monitor
