Data Loss Prevention

Hello ,
I need to reinstall Symantec DLP with new installation as we facing lots of issues with current system ( info : do not need upgrade , Managers need reinstall ) and running modules are  Endpoint ,Network Monitor and Network prevent for Web.
Also we need to backup old DB and Policies to use with new installation 

 
so i need to know if there are any document for this to follow.

 if you plan to reinstall same version you just need to copy masterkey available in config directory of your current enforce server then you will reuse it during installation of new component and you will have your new installation ready to run (for detection server , you just need to clean and reinstall software).

 If you plan to install a newer version than your current one, your will have to go through migration steps as DB schema is updated in many different version so you wont be able to reuse your current DB with a newer version. So in this case just perform steps as if you plan to use same version and then perform all standard upgrade steps.
