We are having a setup of DLP Version 11.6.2000.21103 and Database 11.2.0.1 tree tier as below
1 Enforce Server - Windows 2008 32 bit
1. Data Base Server Windows 2008 32 bit
1 Network Prevent : Email Windows 2008 R2 64 bit
3 Network Prevent: Web Windows 2008 R2 64 bit
Now we are planning to upgrade it to DLP 12.5 but we cant directly upgrade. we have to go 12.0 and then 12.5. and we are also planning to change platform of the Enforce and Database server from x86 to x64 bit.(The current version is running with insufficient hardware).
Hence I need the best prectice to upgrade (Windows Platform as well DLP version with oracle) this thing.Can any one suggest?
how should i go through?
