    Hello everyone!

I'm implemeting DLP these days, and having Warning event when autheticanting to Data Insight (DI)

In DLP events, I'm seeing this events:

    Error_DLP_API.png

I read in a post (somewhere in Connect) that this warning is harmless.

However, I've having a error connection when authenticating DI with DLP:

Just as a checklists, i've doing all this steps:

    - I imported the DLP cert and imported to DI

    - I imported the DI cert and imported to DLP (I'm not sure about this. Checking)

    - I also enable Reporting API (Incident Reporting) on a Report Role in DLP. A user 'Admin' is defined to this role

When logging to DI, I'm using Hostname: <name_of_enforce>; Port: 443; Username: Admin; Password: <Password>; Save Report IDs: <any_number>

Is the Reporting API Warning Event actually affecting my connection with DI? If so, how can i solve this?

    Thanks everyone! :)l

Check the Incident_Reporting_Update_API_Developers_Guide.pdf ffor the version you using

If you had previously configured a role with the Reporting API privilege, that privilege is changed to Incident Reporting when you upgrade to Symantec Data Loss Prevention version 11.6.
To configure a new role to access the legacy API, select the Incident Reporting privilege for the role.
A system event is logged once every 30 days when the deprecated Reporting API is accessed.
