    We are not customers of Messagelabs however we are receiving noticaiton from people trying to email our domain cardfactory.co.uk that they are receiving bounceback messages from messagelabs becuase you have tried to deliver the message to greatbritishcards.co.uk

    Can you please update your DNS cache as we are not receiving emails because of this aged record.

    They'll need to submit a sample of the email that's blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com
