Hi All, 

I know the EOL for pcAnywhere solution was announced but I heard that I can use pcAnywhere console integration continually. 

After I renewed the CMS license I don't see the pcAnywhere license from txt file anymore and the domain field is inactive when I connect to new remote machine. 

How do I do to use pcAnywhere as before? Do I have to upgrade ITMS to 7.6?

Yes. I saw the article. But there is not mention what happens with existing v7.5. My customer has used CMS 7.5 with pcAnywhere. After the pcAnywhere license was expired, it is not working as well. The new license file does not include pcAnywhere.

If that is the case, then this is possibly a licensing issue. Is the screenshot from the customer's environment pre-upgrade or post-upgrade?

If it's licensing, there is a specific Symantec Support team for that which can probably help your customer with this.

We experienced the same issue. I contacted support, and got the answer that since November 3rd 2015 pcAnywhere is not included in any activation file anymore.

Although you can't buy new licenses for PCAnywhere, it should still work (it certainly does for us). When did this stop working for you?
