ProxySG & Advanced Secure Gateway

Hello,

About to ask a question toward Reporter 10.x. A user asked me to deploy Reporter without connected first through FTP server. He wanted a direct logging connection between Reporter and ProxySG appliance. Do Reporter 10.x still support direct stream method? and if yes, any deployment method will be appreciated.

No it has inbuilt FTP. Also it is recommended to use FTP so that we can archive the log from FTP.

1. Access to Reporter GUI.
2. Click on Administration link on the top right.
3. Navigate to General Settings.
4. Expand Access Control from the left panel and click on File Server Settings.
5. Check on Enable FTP Server and select the User which accessing the FTP service.
6. Click on Save to enable FTP service.
