    Add -csp to the end of the desktop/menu shortcut/target to expose that.

    For instance, if you installed the console to the D drive, it should read:

    "D:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Data Center Security Server\Console\Console.exe" -csp

    Any reason why this was not enabled in the UMC and why the Java console is still required to do policy changes......

    From what I understand, it's a work in progress. Everything will be in UMC going forward.

    I hope its rather sooner than later. Cant explain to client why 2 consoles are still needed every single time.

    No. Nothing. The DCS docs only reference report packs and is available for download if you have the correct license (serial nr) for fileconnect.
