    It should be supported by 12.5 , however not sure about the dates

    Subscribe to the product updates notification

    - Once You open this Link , you would find “Sign up for the Email Bulletin Service by selecting your product group below:” option on page

    - Below that click on “Security Products” or "Availability Products"

    - After clicking on above option you will get page asking their information and list of products they want update mails about.

    - You need to enter your Name and Email address.

    - You can select  the Product update for any product  from the list.

    the latest version 12.0.1 support windows 8, for Mac we need to wait to hear if 12.5 has the support

    The version 12.0.0 can work well with Windows 8 but it doesn't automatically install on Windows through Symantec Agent Management. You must install it manually.

    If you use Altiris SMC console to deploy DLP agents, take this into consideration:

    1. DLP Portal Page, does not show Windows 8 computers with DLP Agent installed. Only Windows 7 and lower OS are showed (Bug?)

    2. All DLP tasks work the way they should, though

    Dear Friends,

    as per my knowelge DLP 12.5 is not yet officailly published. now only 12.0.1 has beenj launched so far and which has windows 8 support which i had already tested.

    DLP 12.5 will support Win 8.1 and Mac. Comming somewhere next month.

    Mac Support is Discover only. 

    We are going to support Windows 8.1 with limitations.
