    We need to copy the SEP management console onto a jump drive to install it on a machine that does not have access through port 9090 which is needed to only download the console, it can only access port 8443 which is what's needed to communicate with the SEPM servers.

    is there a way to copy the installation files for the SEPM Console to a jump drive instead of going to port 9090 to install it?

    copy everything whatever is here, run the setup of java , you should be able to get the console

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\webapps\scm\clientpkg 

    once you have installed java, open the scm-ui.jar you should get the SEPM console, let me know if it works....:)
