    I am using 12.1 Ru6, approx 3000 clients are showing "Download Protection Content" is out of date.

    What date does it show? Have you tried manually update one client to see what happens? Run the SymDiag tool on one as well to see if content is corrupt.

    Thanks for your reply, however I found a solution. I checked LU content policy and selected Reputation settings to latest. This resolved my issue. Now all the clients are in healthy state.
