  • 1.  Drive Won't Decrypt

    I am trying to remove encryption from a drive.  When I click "decrypt", I enter my password and then nothing happens.  Is there a way to make it decrypt or another way to remove encryption from the drive?  I do not need any of the data on the drive. I'm using Encryption Deskop 10.3.2 MP13

    I wiped the drive which has removed all the encryption, but I now get an error when I try to uninstall.  It says "You cannot uninstall Symantec Encryption Desktop when drives are still encrypted. Installion terminated.
