    I support a client who has rules created for them to receive email alerts for threat detections, etc. but never receives them. She has created reports and receives them via email but not the alerts.

    I have other clients that are configured the same way and they receive them fine. The client with problems is on Office 365.

    Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?

    Does the server allow relaying?
