    Hi All,

We have run into an issue regarding bouncebacks when sending emails to clients.

This has never been an issue before, but it is increasing day by day.

Our sales team sends out offers for their products. However, recently more and more bouncebacks are happening. We have searched through our exchange logs and have found no such correlation of why this issue keeps occuring.

Any ideas of why this keeps happening more and more frequently now would be much appreciated.

    Hi Sean,

Looking at that bounce message I can see that whilst it appears to be delivered to you from one of the Symantec.cloud delivery servers the bounce itself was generated by a Mimecast server. Mimecast is a alternative cloud solution and competitor to Symantec.cloud. We cannot state why they rejected these emails .

We can however check the path this email took and how/why it passed through Symantec.cloud to then be rejected by Mimecast.

We will need more information however please can you provide the full sender address and full recipient address for a rejected email plus the time and date. Please use the private message feature so this information is not posted publicly.

    Kind regards
