    There are emails being sent to our domain(@jaycashman.com) from @lockton.com emails. The @jaycashman.com emails can send emails to the @lockton.com emails but the @lockton.com emails can't send emails to the @jaycashman emails.   We are not sure which domain is causing this issue however we are not familiar with messagelabs until they recieved this error.

    They had sent me the following:

     (*******@jaycashman.com) <mailto:*******@jaycashman.com>
    A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.


    The following organization rejected your message: server-15.tower-168.messagelabs.com.

     

    If someone could help me get to the bottom of this that would be great.
