    Hi,

     

    I have a problem when I send mail to my clients if they use your system.

    See this message

    " connect to cluster8.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.137.19]:25: Connection timed out"

    My IP are 147.135.185.56, can you allow my adress?

    Hi

    I've now updated our system so this IP will no longer be throttled by our service so long as we see no spammy content being sent from it. Should we see anything spammy the throttling will likely increase.

    But things should be working as normal for you now. Can I ask you to check and confirm and if everything is now ok to mark this thread as resolved?
