    Dear Richard Brittain

    Thank you for your concern.

I've reviewed the recomendations, but do not think it was applicable to my case. I've also put my domain to your spamcheck and no flags. But, i've answered your email as below

Make sure your database does not contain older email addresses of those who do not want to receive your promotional or marketing email. Send confirmation emails to determine who should remain on your list and who to remove.

    • Do not accept email addresses from third party marketers, unless you can assure that such email addresses are legitimate and that such subscribers want to receive your promotional or marketing email. >> We pratice to apply PGP for every external mail exchange to attempt to send email with us
    • If a subscriber no longer wants to receive your emails, provide a method by which a subscriber can opt-out. Promptly remove these opted-out email addresses from your list. >>Every Distribution list is managed by the DL admin
    • Promptly remove from your email list emails that bounce back to you. This indicates that the recipient is no longer available. >>We are receiving code 553. NA to this
    • Use a double opt-in method to sign up subscribers. This will confirm that the subscriber did request your promotional and marketing email. >>It's manage by the DL admin
    • Remove email addresses of those who do not open your email messages. >>Clean
    • Consider using a third party to manage and update the addresses on your email list. >>Already did

    Regards,

    Akmal

    Hi Akmal,

Sorry for the above I misunderstood the situation,

It appears the person who you are trying to email may nolonger be using the domain in question,

The MX records for Budget.com appear to point to our services however I cannot see any active service with us which is why our systems are rejecting the email as effectively they are not a customer.

The only advice I can give is that your reach out to the recipient via alternative means

    Kind Regards
