Hello Symantec team,
Judging from this forum, I'm not alone with this issue. We have a number of clients who are unable to receive emails from us due to blacklisting. I've submitted this case via email and heard nothing despite it being more than the 7 business days I was told it would take. I've also submitted this via the online IP check and haven't heard back despite that tool saying 24 hours for a response.
We have SPF records, DKIM signing, DMARC records, PTR records, etc. so I'm not quite sure why we're being flagged as spam. We do send our clients PDF invoices but we've never sent any marketing materials from that server and maintain a SenderScore of 99/100.
If someone at Symantec could look into this, I'd grealty appreciate it.
