I need a solution on how to disable email monitoring notification. It's flooding my customer' mailbox
I have removed notification but still the email is being sent to the customer's mailbox.

What email specifically? There may be a couple default ones that need to be looked at.
I have attached the screenshot on my post. IT's a monitoring notification alert default as ALL but i have removed the monitoring condition and yet the admin is receiving the notification alert.
