    Hello there. Emails from our domain have recently been being blocked by many of our clients. The domain is cmginc.com and filter/block message is below:

    The error that the other server returned was:
    553-Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at
    553-http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more
    553 information. (#5.7.1)

    Would you be able to have a sample of the emails being rejected to cloudfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com.

    Could you also confirm to which recipients are you trying to send the email to, so that I can locate the full logs.

    Hello Stanford,

    Following the verification of the emails sent from cmginc.com to the recipient you provided, I couldn't find any new emails being blocked. During the past few days all emails have been delivered successfully, and also the detections that caused the initial set of fp's are no longer active(confirmed by our AS team).
