  • 1.  Emails from our domain blocked by several companies using Symantec cloud

    We are having emails from our domain blocked by several other companies using Symantec cloud.

    Have checked the link provided by Symantec support but none of our MX records are showing as being blocked - how up to date is this?

    We are clear on all other spam databases.

    What is the process for getting whitelisted?

    Submit a sample of the email that's blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com

    I submitted a sample email that is being rejected. Is there anyway to find out the results or status?

    We are experiencing a similar issue, can someone from symantec look into this!!
