    Hello, 

    Im getting emails from sepm server about founded risks, in some cases file /entry field is empty, so i cannot found virus location, can you help me with this?

    What is the exact version of the SEP client and SEPM?

    SEPM version is 14.2.770, client version is 14.0.19.04

    What technology detected it?  If the detection was by AutoProtect as the file was being written to disk there will not be a file location..
