Hello,

I have tried to enable Image Extractor Plug-in on our Lab DLP server. (14.5.0100.01060) using the help article.

On a Network Prevent for Email role server, I removed ImageExtractorPlugin from the ContentExtraction.DisabledPlugins field & restarted the detection server.  We then expect to see the new menu option appear under Manage > Policies but its not present.

Has anyone enabled this plugin before? Any pointers?

Do you have a form recognition license? The behavior you describe would enable a detection server to use form recognition however in order to create a profile you would have to have a licence in place to enable to functionality.

Is it specifically called "Form Recognition" in the list of licensed roles under Server Overview?

dont know exact license name, but it is not included in standard DLP suite license. So if you dont bought it a part from it, it means you dont have it.
