  • 1.  Encrypt a Windows 7 Ultimate Laptop using PGP Desktop version 10.2.0

    I am trying to encrypt a laptop (HP ENVY 14t-3100 SPECTRE CTO Notebook PC) which is having two SSDs, during the encryption one SSD is not detecting,  Please someone help me to resolve the issue.

    Is this a known bug or will this issue resolves with the new version?

    Is the undetected drive different in any way to the one that is working?  Is it formatted differently?  I'd first suggest investigating for any differences between the drives.

    Note that the below article appears to indicate GPT formatting is only supported by Symantec Encryption on Win8 UEFI:
