    Ver 10.4.1 Encryption Desktop

    Windows 7

    Is there any way to open a .pgd file that belonged to a person who has left the company.  I do have the passphrase but her email address has been disabled and I think there enlies the problem.  Should I be able to use the Master Key?

    Thanks for any help you can lend!

    Only if you have the key and passphrase of the end user. Yes, you can use the Master Key if the key was generated with it.
