Looking to create a network shared folder that would have controlled access to it and be full encrypted while at rest. I would like to give multiple users access to this folder. Been looking into EFS but that controls encryption per file and not per folder.

Does Endpoint Encryption provide a solution for this kinda use? Any suggestions appreciated.

I don't think so unfortunately - it is designed for full disk / removable storage encryption and while it would allow you to share 'encrypted' files, it doesnt solve your issue.

I think you can do this with removable edition by creating a self extracting file to represent a folder.
give the useres access by adapting Windows ACL to the extracting container. Users can then add / remove files as it is a folder.
