  • 1.  Endless Issues with Patch compliance reporting on NS7

    Good day All

    We have had endless issues with Patch compliance Reporting on NS7. With the help of Symantec and weeks of remote session's things seemed to be sorted out and we could run compliance reports again. however last 2 weeks ago we picked up that the PMI import was not working so we could not download the latest MS patch catalogue’s. After logging a call again we got given a script to sort this out. this resolved the PMI import issues but then we couldn’t created the patch package, (we would run the Software Update Policy wizard all the way to the end but it would not create the package). we were then advised to repair the Altiris Patch management Solution install, this has sorted out the issue package issue but now reports are not working again. We have since upgraded to MR1 as this was said to resolve the reporting issue as well as all the other problem we have had but this has not worked.

    Is anyone having the same sort of issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?

    So are you getting actual errors when trying to run the reports or are the results just not what you expect?
