I am working with a client that has DLP 11.6 and has a license for Endpoint Prevent. I have confirmed that Endpoint Discover does not show in the list of available licenses. In their Agent Configuration, prior to selecting anything, Endpoint scanning was not available under Discover Scans. When they select Removable Media in their Agent Configuration discover scanning on Endpoints becomes available. They claim they can change the selection of Removable Media back and forth and see Discover Scanning on Endpoints appear and disappear.
Has anyone seen this behavior? And should Discover Scan of Endpoint be available at all without a license for Endpoint Discover?
