  • 1.  Endpoint Agent Information Not Populating

    Hello,

     

    We're currently in the process of rolling out the DLP Endpoint agent (14.6 MP1) to thousands of workstation in my environment - the issue is that for hundreds of workstations the Agent group, Agent configuration, OS and platform information isn't populating. In addition, these workstations are showing as critical/not checking in.

    Has anyone run into this issue?

    Correction, I also have agents that are reporting that are not populating the above information.
