Endpoint blocking network scan from fax?

     I've got two machines running Windows 7 and a utility program called FileUtility that allows our Kyocera fax/copier/printer to be used as a scanner that will deliver faxes to the desktop of a targeted machine.

    Everything was working fine until we installed Endpoint on the machines. Now the fax machine can't seem to identify the PCs on the network (even though I can get to the configuration interface on the Kyocera from a web browser on those machines). 

    The question is, what is Endpoint blocking that we need to open up (and how can we do that)?

    Hi.  This topic belongs in the Endpoint Protection (AntiVirus) forum under Security.  This is the forum for Helpdesk Solution, which is a Symantec product that does ticketing.
