  • 1.  Endpoint Install/Uninstall Logs

    Can someone guide me to pull the endpoint installation/uninstallation logs from SEP Manager Console for all/particular hostname/ip address? i cannot pull the log file(sep_inst.log) from the machine as my team reports that the endpoint software is not installed.. for audit process, wanted to verify if the host machine actually installed the symantec AV or not. SEP Manager version - 12.1.6 build 7004(RU6 MP5). Thanks.

    SEPM wouldn't contain uninstall/install logs.

    If you want to find machines without SEP than you'll need to configure unmanaged detectors.

    Thanks for the details Brian. i will try the unmanaged detectors option.
